In 2019, PSR Group successfully bought out the full set of technical data and know-how of mobile crushing equipment series owned by Atlas Copco, a global leader in the field of mining machinery, covering Atlas mobile tracked jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers and various types of screening equipment, and was exclusively allowed to manufacture and sell the above series in China.


On April 26, 2021, PSR Group successfully bid for the intangible assets and inventory materials related to the bulldozers of SAIC MOTOR, among which the intangible assets include the trademarks, technical patents of Pengpu series bulldozers and the production technical data and service technical data of each series of products. This marks PSR Group's official entry into the bulldozer field of construction machinery.


On September 7,2021, Hunan SUNWARD&PSR Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: SUNWARD&PSR), jointly invested by SUNWARD Group and PSR Group, officially started its operation. The two companies will officially play their respective advantages in the field of crushing and screening, and start a new journey with the goal of "creating value for customers and achieving win-win situation".

SUNWARD&PSR MACHINERY EQUIPMENT

On September 7,2021, Hunan SUNWARD&PSR Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: SUNWARD&PSR), jointly invested by SUNWARD Group and PSR Group, officially started its operation. The two companies will officially play their respective advantages in the field of crushing and screening, and start a new journey with the goal of "creating value for customers and achieving win-win situation". The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and production of mining machinery, special equipment for oil drilling, construction machinery and special machinery for the production of construction materials. According to the development plan, SUNWARD&PSR will focus on Changsha and produce SUNWARD&PSR’s crushing and screening equipment in SUNWARD Industrial Zone. It is expected that a series of new products, transformed from the technology of Atlas mobile crushing and screening plants and named " SUNWARD&PSR ", will be gradually introduced to the China’s market from November 2021 after the cooperation of production and technical teams from both sides.

SHANGHAI PENGPU BULLDOZER

NEW TRANSFORMATION AND NEW BEGINNING

In April 2021, PSR Group successfully acquired the bulldozer business of Shanghai PengPu Machinery Co.,Ltd. which is owned by SAIC Motor, including registered trademarks and technical patents of Shanghai Pengpu bulldozer series. Established in 1959, Shanghai Pengpu is one of the earliest technology and manufacturing enterprises of caterpillar bulldozer in China. After more than 60 years of development, it has become a professional construction machinery manufacturing enterprise with complete varieties of bulldozer, wide applicability and advanced technology research and development ability in China. The successful acquisition marks that PSR Group will be based on the original Pengpu bulldozer technology, procurement, manufacturing, sales platform, and combined with their own advantages of resources, began to formally set foot in the bulldozer field of concurrently force deep cultivation of construction machinery.
