INTRODUCTION TO PSR GROUP

PSR Group is an internationally renowned construction equipment investment and trading company based in California, USA. In 2019, PSR Group successfully bought out the full set of technical data and know-how of mobile crushing equipment series owned by Atlas Copco, a global leader in the field of mining machinery, covering Atlas mobile tracked jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers and various types of screening equipment, and was exclusively allowed to manufacture and sell the above series in China.

On April 26, 2021, PSR Group successfully bid for the intangible assets and inventory materials related to the bulldozers of SAIC MOTOR, among which the intangible assets include the trademarks, technical patents of Pengpu series bulldozers and the production technical data and service technical data of each series of products. This marks PSR Group's official entry into the bulldozer field of construction machinery. The intangible assets that PSR Group succeeded in the auction all came from Shanghai Pengpu Machine Factory Co., Ltd, which is the cradle enterprise of crawler bulldozers in China and has developed into the most complete and powerful crawler bulldozer manufacturer in China, it is also one of the earliest full-scale manufacturers in China and a large heavy equipment manufacturer in East China.

On September 7,2021, Hunan SUNWARD&PSR Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as: SUNWARD&PSR), jointly invested by SUNWARD Group and PSR Group, officially started its operation. The two companies will officially play their respective advantages in the field of crushing and screening, and start a new journey with the goal of "creating value for customers and achieving win-win situation". The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and production of mining machinery, special equipment for oil drilling, construction machinery and special machinery for the production of construction materials. According to the development plan, SUNWARD&PSR will focus on Changsha and produce SUNWARD&PSR’s crushing and screening equipment in SUNWARD Industrial Zone. It is expected that a series of new products, transformed from the technology of Atlas mobile crushing and screening plants and named " SUNWARD&PSR ", will be gradually introduced to the China’s market from November 2021 after the cooperation of production and technical teams from both sides. As one of the top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers, SUNWARD has mature crushing and screening equipment development capabilities, impact crushing plant, jaw crushing plant and other products have entered the sand and gravel aggregate, mining, infrastructure, and other markets.
